Are video lecture or animation CDs (of PCB) really helpful for AIPMT preparation?

I am studying all by myself n sometimes I get stuck in some theories or problems. I Have no teacher to guide me here. So, please give some suggestions about these CDs and if you know please name some available in the Indian markets (good ones).

main thing is clearity in the concept , only watching CDS can be of no use.............for competitions u need deep thinking,firm footing & then only u can achieve great heights.
